Role 1: Commercial Healthcare headhunter / recruiter. You will either have a proven track record in recruitment or in healthcare.
Role 2:
A role as a recruitment co-ordinator for a specialist recruitment company in Theale might be what you are looking for.
The role is with Silchester Associates , a well established group of clinical headhunters.
You will be office based ( hours flexible) and would suit a mother / parent who needs to juggle family life and wants a rewarding career.
You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy talking to people over the telephone, and be IT literate and able to log candidates details to a computerised software system.
Remuneration is negotiable between £9 and £12 per her and has a bonus plan linked to it to recognise overachievement. The company atmosphere is 'work hard / play hard' with an ethical, creative and fun approach.
